Crossing the Line
About the project
Crossing the Line is a 20 minute monologue that explores Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE) through the eyes of the character Shaun – an 18 year old boy who has been groomed bo be part of a local gang and wants out! Aimed at primary and secondary school audiences, this monologue is a powerful resource in teaching young people how to stay safe and spot signs of grooming. The performance is followed by a facilitated discussion, and the young people are left with an Activity Pack to work through extra resources in their classroom.
